These washable FFP2 masks (up to 50 times!) are a truly innovative product, as they combine the safety of disposable FFP2 with the sustainability of washable ones. Thanks to their particular nanostructured treatment, TEX-NANOTECH are active in the destruction of viruses and bacteria, thus responding perfectly to the protection needs required for FFP2 masks even after 50 washes. Not only that: this method also reduces the adhesion of pathogens to the surfaces of the mask both in the form of droplets and aerosols present in the air. This treatment guarantees active action 24 hours a day thanks to the highly oxidizing substance, ROS-REACTIVE OXIGEN SPECIES, capable of destroying viruses and bacteria when they deposit on the mask. Colpharma's washable masks also have a perfect fit thanks to the double reinforced nose piece and the adjustable elastic bands and thanks to the innovative fabric they are made of they do not give a feeling of suffocation and let the skin breathe. In fact, breathability is facilitated thanks to the 5 layers of fabric it is made of, while guaranteeing very high filtration (> 98% BFE). Its shape is also designed to facilitate breathing, thanks to an air chamber that forms between the face and the mask. The o-rings inserted in the elastic bands allow you to adjust the length to adapt the mask perfectly to the face. To ensure maximum safety, the masks have passed the following tests: - The ANTIVIRUS protection on the SARS-Cov-2 viral strain was tested according to the ISO 18184:2019 standard "TEXTILE Determination of antiviral activity of textile product" (test carried out at the ACCREDIA accredited laboratory) obtaining a reduction of the viral load of 99.2% after 6 hours of contact. – The ANTIBACTERIAL protection was tested according to the ASTM E2149-01 standard, obtaining a bacterial load reduction value of 99.69% against Escherichia Coli and 99.14% against Staphylococcus Aureus. – The TEX-NANOTECH treatment is hypoallergenic, allows high breathability and leaves the characteristics of the fabrics unaltered. Materials: This mask is made up of 5 layers of fabric to prevent the accumulation of heat and humidity inside, improve breathability and ensure maximum filtration. Grasping the elastic bands, secure them behind the ears by pulling them through the rubber ring, bring the mask into contact with the face, cover the mouth and nose and adjust the nose pads making sure that the mask adheres well to the face. While wearing, avoid touching the mask. Replace the mask when it becomes damp.
