to take the measurement, I recommend cutting out the shape, leaning it against the wall, putting a light sock on the foot and letting it lean against the wall. the shape refers to the actual space inside the shoe so the foot must fit inside the shape (if the margin is less than 3/4 millimeters I recommend the next size)
