The 15% citric acid solution is effective against limescale, without having the unpleasant and pungent smell that conventional anti-limescale or descaling products for the bathroom have. It will be easier to wash and descale surfaces without having to breathe in unpleasant vapours. It is a weak acid which must in any case be handled with due precautions, avoiding contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. How to use: Preparation of 15% solution: dissolve 150 g of Citric Acid in 1 liter of water. In the presence of a slight sediment, leave it to settle or filter. Anti-limescale: apply the solution to eliminate limescale deposits (bathroom, shower cubicle, taps, kitchen). Leave to act for a few minutes and rinse. In the washing machine as a descaler: every month, pour 150 g of Citric Acid directly into the empty drum and start a high temperature program (at least 50 degrees) without prewashing. In the washing machine as a softener: pour 100 ml of the solution into the softener compartment. Using Solara Dishwasher Powder allows you to dose exactly the amount of detergent needed, unlike ordinary tablets. It does not contain synthetic perfumes and related fixatives and does not leave persistent and unpleasant odors on dishes. It does not require the use of rinse aid. Does not contain: rinse aids, anti-redeposition agents of petrochemical origin, phosphates, dyes and preservatives. The product is readily, rapidly and completely biodegradable or photodegradable. Pour the powder directly into the dry pan. For medium-hard water (15-25°F), use a 15 g dose (about 1 and a half teaspoons). Follow the dishwasher manufacturer's instructions. VEGAN Rinse aid: Common rinse aids are molecules that stick to the dishes and make their surface water-repellent, so during the rinsing phase no drop remains attached to glasses and plates. The first time the dishes are then used, a small amount of rinse aid is swallowed. Particularly sensitive people perceive a "metallic" taste under the tongue. Therefore, if you want to prevent any substance from remaining on the dishes and you want to reduce the hardness of the water, to limit the white spots caused by limescale, use a 15% solution of pure anhydrous citric acid instead of ordinary rinse aid.
