This formulation limits one of the problems deriving from the use of only pure Sodium Percarbonate: during its action, pure Sodium Percarbonate creates salts of Sodium Carbonate, which, depositing themselves on the textures of the garments, tend to harden them and make them pleasant to the skin. The inclusion of sequestrants (anti-limestone) in the formula leaves the garments softer and more pleasant, therefore particularly suitable for washing cloth diapers or children's garments. Solara Whitening Percarbonate, thanks to its formula, also has high stability over time. Pure Sodium Percarbonate alone tends to lose effectiveness over time, due to the continuous release of oxygen. In the washing machine as a prewash: pour 2 measuring cups into the prewash compartment and dose the detergent normally into the main wash compartment. Contrary to popular belief, a high concentration of sodium percarbonate is not recommended for washing fabrics. Since it is a highly corrosive molecule, it tends over time to weaken the textures of the fabrics and to deposit sodium carbonate salts on the fabrics themselves, which harden the fibers, making them unpleasant on the skin and making them fragile.
