The cellulose used in the Naturaè diaper pad comes from forests cultivated with sustainability criteria (PEFC) and is sanitized to reduce the bacterial content without the use of chlorine (Totally Chlorine Free). • Transpiring and natural bioplastic, in external protective films and packaging: It is a bioplastic whose essential components are corn starch and vegetable oils, not genetically modified and grown in Europe with traditional agricultural practices. It is workable with the same technologies as traditional plastics and with similar productivity, but makes the Natura diaper completely biodegradable and compostable, naturally breathable, hypoallergenic and non-toxic. NORDIC ECO LABEL CERTIFICATION (SWAN) The Nordic Ecolabel certification certifies that Naturaè® products have been made with the utmost respect for the environment in terms of quality, performance and functionality of both the eco-diaper and the production plant. The Nordic Ecolabel certification was introduced in 1989 by the Nordic Council of Ministers and aims to protect the environment and limit the negative effects on the climate caused by pollution.
