Their dimensions (18 cm x 28 cm), larger than the usual disposable napkins, make them much safer against any sticky or solid stool losses: just place them correctly horizontally on the nappy, in contact with the baby's skin . Their composition allows liquids to pass, capturing the solid part. They can be flushed down the toilet and, once the faeces have been removed, these inserts can be disposed of with household waste or in compost (the cellulose is in fact purely vegetable, therefore completely biodegradable). Using them is really simple: 1) Clip one side of the closure to the diaper just above one leg while holding the diaper in place. 2) Stretch the clasp to the other side and clip the fabric over the other leg. 3) Pull the clasp down to hook the fabric between the legs creating the Y shape.
