In particular, one of its main ingredients, avocado, is notoriously the fruit with the highest content of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), known for its emollient and soothing action on dry or irritated skin. Avocado oil absorbs very quickly and penetrates deeply into the skin, offering it all the nutrients it needs (it is rich in antioxidants, vitamins A, C, E, phytosterols and potassium, the famous "mineral of youth"). .
