The Mooncup is the original reusable menstrual cup, made of soft medical silicone. It fits internally, much lower than a tampon. But while tampons and pads absorb menstrual flow, the Mooncup collects it. In this way it does not cause dryness or irritation: it does not absorb the vaginal mucosa, preserving its natural defences. While many people get used to the Mooncup on their first try, on average it can take up to three cycles to get used to. Remember, your reusable menstrual cup should last for many years. Once you try it, you'll never want to go back to pads! Instructions: Always wash your hands, as you would when removing tampons, before inserting and removing your Mooncup®. C-fold Monncup.
