Then, look carefully at the size table (on average, for children it is advisable to take two sizes more than the number you usually use; for adults over 38, take one size up). In fact, with washing, they can tighten a little in the fabric part (wash without the insole in the washing machine at 40 degrees with a little detergent and air dry). They can also be worn with or without socks depending on the season.
