While many people get used to the Mooncup on their first try, on average it can take up to three cycles to get used to. Remember, your reusable menstrual cup should last for many years. Once you try it, you'll never want to go back to pads! Instructions: Always wash your hands, as you would when removing tampons, before inserting and removing your Mooncup®. C-fold Monncup.
