This solid conditioner is very concentrated: equivalent to 200ml of traditional conditioner. How to use: shampoo with your usual shampoo, then polish the hair with Disciplina solid conditioner. Pass it on wet lengths or massage it first between your hands and apply it to the hair, leave it on for a few minutes and finally rinse.
