he orange, lemon and knob are citrus fruits that have been cultivated for thousands of years, which gradually moved from east to west, arriving from China to the American continent, the largest current producer of citrus fruits. Orange seeds in particular were brought to the Caribbean in 1493 by Christopher Columbus and later transferred by Spanish missionaries to California in 1769. And although oranges had no problems immediately becoming very popular, thanks to their sweetish taste, for grapefruit the story was quite different. If today the grapefruit is one of the fruits most loved by American citizens, it is strangely due to the Great Depression. In 1929, the New York Stock Exchange crashed leaving millions unemployed. Since then it went from an elite product to survival food and was distributed free of charge in exchange for food vouchers. Ingredients: Cucumber extract Rich in vitamins, trace elements and minerals, cucumber extract: purifying, decongests the skin, helping to free pores from impurities; soothing and refreshing, it brings comfort to attacked, sensitive and irritated skin; moisturizing, it forms a thin film on the surface of the skin, regulating hydration. Coconut oil Rich in potassium, zinc, iron, copper, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamins of group B, C, E, K, coconut oil: deeply nourishes, helping the skin to maintain its elasticity; soothing, calms redness and skin irritations; prevents skin dehydration. Castor oil A natural remedy, used since the times of the ancient Egyptians, castor oil is obtained from the cold pressing of castor seeds: moisturizing and emollient, distributed on the skin it forms a barrier that prevents excessive evaporation of skin water ; thanks to its high content of ricinoleic acid, proteins, minerals and vitamin E, it deeply nourishes the skin. Moisturizing ingredients: Sorbitol and vegetable glycerin Ingredients of natural origin, included in the formulation for their marked moisturizing properties. Sorbitol occurs naturally in many berries and fruits such as apples, pears, cherries and plums, while glycerin is extracted through the saponification process of vegetable oils. Apart from its moisturizing power, glycerin is also capable of increasing the solubility of the active ingredients of products and facilitating their absorption. Aromatherapy department: Orange essential oil – astringent, has a slightly toning effect on the skin. Grapefruit essential oil – antibacterial and antifungal, accelerates skin healing and prevents infection of small wounds. Lemongrass essential oil – in aromatherapy helps with anxiety disorders, nervousness, headaches, insomnia and improves memory. Rosemary essential oil - brings freshness and protection to the skin, thanks to its rich antioxidant content. Mint essential oil - refreshing, thanks to its high menthol content, causes a rubefacient and local anesthesia effect.

This product is ideal for gently but effectively eliminating facial impurities: it leaves the skin clean, fresh and velvety. Like all Ethical Grace cosmetics, it has a very low environmental impact: it doesn't have a plastic bottle (you can reuse a bottle you already own) and its small size means less C02 (less volume to carry). Despite this, being a very concentrated product, its quantity is sufficient to fill two bottles of make-up remover milk! Not only that: made with natural, biodegradable and vegan ingredients. It is based on cucumber extract, with well-known astringent, toning and rebalancing properties; it is rich in group B vitamins, potassium, iodine and iron: ideal for the treatment of impure skin. How to use: Once the final product has been obtained (see video: https://youtu.be/fpELoJh-uQc), apply a small amount on a cotton pad (preferably reusable) and gently massage the face. Remove everything with warm water. Create your own facial cleanser: Add 170 g of hot, but not boiling, water to the contents of this pack. Stir slowly for about 2 minutes or until the product inside this pack has completely dissolved. Transfer the product to the final container. Let it rest for 24 hours. The product is ready for use.
