This Huda brand prefold is made of soft organic cotton velor and remains very soft even after washing. 2 layers have been sewn on each side, 4 in the middle: this makes it very absorbent and, thanks to the velor, it holds the liquid stools of breast milk particularly well. The insert is relatively long and should be folded on the shorter side for younger children. For babies or very young children, the HuDa prefold can also be wrapped around the baby. However, this can only be done with a diaper pin, as the usual diaper clip (Snappi) does not hold the velor. These disposable napkins (Nappy Liners) from the Avo&Cado line are made from 100% bamboo cellulose, bleached by oxygen. Their dimensions (18 cm x 28 cm), larger than the usual disposable napkins, make them much safer against any sticky or solid stool losses: just place them correctly horizontally on the nappy, in contact with the baby's skin . Their composition allows liquids to pass, capturing the solid part. They can be flushed down the toilet and, once the faeces have been removed, these inserts can be disposed of with household waste or in compost (the cellulose is in fact purely vegetable, therefore completely biodegradable). If they are only dirty with pee they can be washed a few times (up to 60°). Each roll contains 100 tissue papers.

Lanolin 100gr Huda

Lanolin, a water-repellent wax, is used to make wool cases waterproof. wash the cover in the washing machine at 30 degrees on a wool/delicate programme. pat dry with a towel and spread horizontally. to lanolise use half a spoonful of lanolin. dissolve it in a cup with boiling water and 3 drops of delicate shampoo for children. turn and melt the wax. at this point immerse the cover in a basin of hot water (about 2 litres) and add to the solution. leave to soak for 30 minutes and then machine wash on a delicate/wool programme. dab with a towel and dry horizontally. the wool cover can be washed / lanolised every 3 weeks as long as it is not dirty with poop or soaked in pee. in this case it must be washed.
