The Thirsties features a flap made up of 4 layers of super absorbent microfiber and an outer layer of microfleece that helps keep the skin dry. it is an extremely slim diaper, with excellent wearability and limited drying times. it is one-size-fits-all and weighs approximately from 4 to 15 kg. It is recommended to wash it at a maximum of 60 degrees with ecological detergents without softeners and optical brighteners. it can go in the dryer at low temperatures, but considering the drying times it is almost useless to do so. Inside there is an additional insert (included!), which can be removed or kept as needed: it can be washed separately, making drying faster. Furthermore, this insert can be adapted differently if it is intended for a girl or a boy: it is recommended for boys to keep it folded in the front, while for girls it can be left flat. Furthermore, the entire internal part in contact with your baby's skin is lined with 100% polyester fleece. Thanks to this material, the liquid penetrates through the first layer up to the hemp / cotton insert, while the polyester (naturally hydrophobic) remains almost dry, guaranteeing a sensation of maximum comfort. This model is equipped with soft elastic bands both on the thighs and on the back, in order to give a better fit and better containment, without however scoring. Thanks to the adjustable Velcro closure, it is very quick to put on and take off.
