These practical Nappiness diapers are the AIO model, or All in One: the absorbent part, in fact, is incorporated into the diaper in the form of two inserts sewn on one end only. In this way they can open like wings at the time of washing and facilitate drying. The outside is in waterproof and breathable PUL, while the inside is in bird-eye, draining and breathable fabric. Double thigh barriers ensure a strong seal against leaks. The two inserts, included, are one in bamboo sponge, a very absorbent material which is delicate in contact with the skin of children, covered with a draining layer of suedecloth. While the other is made of hemp, a 100% natural and super absorbent material. These inserts can be overlapped as desired, so that one or the other material is in contact with the skin. These diapers also have two openings at the ends, so you can insert the inserts inside and have the bird-eye draining fabric in contact with the skin. You can try them on in all three configurations: with the overlapping inserts choosing whether to put the suedecloth or hemp in contact, or slip them both into the pockets to keep the bird's eye in contact and keep the skin drier. These materials, ethically manufactured in China by one of the most prestigious and competent companies in the sector, enjoy Oeko-Tex certificates. This practical model comes in one size, and they weigh from around 3 to 18 kg: in fact, thanks to the handy reduction buttons, you can adjust them according to your little one's build (both on the waist and on the thighs). They close with two rows of pressure buttons (SNAP), resistant to wear and tear and resistant to little hands. They are guaranteed for one year on any manufacturing defects. Prefolds can easily be used within a cover. folding in threes or wrapping with fabric is easy and reliable. Avo & Cado prefolds consist of several layers of cotton sewn together, which are divided into three parts that easily fold over each other and can be easily unfolded to dry. Avo & Cado prefolds are specially made for AVO&CADO covers and are slightly shorter than classic prefolds. For very wet babies or if extra absorbency is needed, we recommend placing any booster in the prefold or underneath. New and unwashed, the prefolds are very smooth and flat, but after the first wash they become softer and more absorbent and their structure also changes. Before first use, you should wash your prefolds at least twice at 60 degrees so that the fibers can be cleaned of their natural oils and thus retain their absorbency. Only after ten washes did the Prefolds reach their full absorbency.
