It is very important to have different materials available because children's skin changes considerably in reaction to the materials and according to the stage of growth. The stay dry materials that you can choose are: microfleece, suede and mayka (a more porous Coolmax that holds the poo better without making it slip; being thicker, it separates more from the underlying wet, increasing the sensation of dryness).
