With these very comfortable one-size-fits-all inserts you can choose which side to use them on according to your needs. They are in fact composed of two superimposed layers of different absorbencies. One is microfiber, while the other is a blend of cotton and bamboo. All materials used comply with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class 1 Certificate. They do not contain chemical gels, PVC, Nylon or carcinogens. The New Comfort reversible inserts are comfortable to wear because they are ergonomic; moreover, the microfiber fabric is naturally antibacterial and anti-allergenic: it is a hygienic and ecological solution as well as healthier for your little one's skin (in fact, it does not cause the classic diaper dermatitis).
