This cup is available in two sizes to fit all women, according to age and any natural births:
Size 1 – For women under 30 who have not had children through natural birth.
Size 2 – For women over 30 or who have had children through natural birth.
How to use
Before use: Sterilize the cup by boiling it for at least 3-5 minutes. Inserting the cup: After thoroughly washing your hands with a mild soap, bend the cup into a "U" shape and hold it firmly between your thumb and forefinger, as close to the base as possible. With your free hand, gently spread the labia majora and insert the cup into the vagina so that it is positioned about one knuckle from the entrance. Remove your fingers and the cup will open and slide into place automatically.
It is recommended to empty, rinse and reinsert the cup every 4/8 hours (depending on the intensity of the flow).
