How it works The shell is designed to stimulate and strengthen the muscles of the perineum and is a valid aid for pelvic gymnastics. The shell unscrews to contain the balls of increasing weight inside, thus allowing a gradual workout. During the simplest daily movements such as walking, the Pelviluna™ shell triggers involuntary contractions of the muscles of the perineum, which "activate" to hold it. The balls of different weights to be inserted inside allow for a personalized exercise based on one's own muscle tone. The shell adapts to the body and does not cause discomfort: start the exercise by inserting it into the vagina like a tampon with no weight inside (19 g), leaving the recovery cord outside. To make insertion easier and more pleasant, it is useful to use a little Pelviluna™ intimate lubricant. Once inserted, the shell is positioned on the perineum and is held there by the pelvic muscles. Continue the daily exercise with the shell only until it is easy to hold it. At this point, place the lightest ball inside the shell and continue your daily exercises with the new weight. Gradually increase the weight of the balls until you reach the maximum (63 g). A short use (about 10/15 minutes), but regular (every day) leads to the best results and improvements in about 4 months.
