With these very comfortable one-size-fits-all inserts you can choose which side to use them on according to your needs. They are in fact composed of two superimposed layers of different absorbencies. One is 100% bamboo, while the other is a blend of cotton and bamboo. All materials used comply with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class 1 Certificate. They do not contain chemical gels, PVC, Nylon or carcinogens. The New Comfort reversible inserts are comfortable to wear because they are ergonomic; moreover, the bamboo fabric is naturally antibacterial and anti-allergenic: it is a hygienic and ecological solution as well as healthier for your little one's skin (in fact, it does not cause the classic diaper dermatitis).
