With these very comfortable one-size-fits-all inserts you can choose which side to use them on according to your needs. They are in fact composed of two superimposed layers of different absorbencies. One is 100% bamboo, while the other is a blend of cotton and bamboo. All materials used comply with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class 1 Certificate. They do not contain chemical gels, PVC, Nylon or carcinogens.
