They do not contain chemical gels, PVC, Nylon or carcinogens. The New Comfort reversible inserts are comfortable to wear because they are ergonomic; moreover, the bamboo fabric is naturally antibacterial and anti-allergenic: it is a hygienic and ecological solution as well as healthier for your little one's skin (in fact, it does not cause the classic diaper dermatitis).
